At Mappy Travels, we design fully customized travel and relocation itineraries tailored to your goals, preferences, and travel style.
To get started, you can submit a general inquiry through the contact form on our homepage, or select a dedicated questionnaire based on your trip type. This helps us to begin shaping your personalized experience.
Step 1: Consultation
We begin with a consultation to understand your travel goals, preferences, and any specific needs for your trip or relocation.
Step 2: Itinerary Design
A 30% deposit is required to begin the itinerary design process. We then create a fully customized travel plan based on your input, our research and destination expertise.
Step 3: Review & Refinement
Once your draft itinerary is complete, we’ll review it together and make any necessary adjustments to ensure it aligns perfectly with your expectations.
Step 4: Final Delivery
Your final itinerary will be delivered upon receipt of the remaining balance and will include a complete, day-by-day travel plan with curated recommendations.
Pricing
All services are priced based on the length and complexity of your trip
Custom Itinerary Design:
The Long Weekend (0-3 Day Trip): $175
The Weeklong (4-7 Day Trip): $325
The Journey (8-14 Day Trip): $550
15+ day trips start at $750 and are customized based on complexity
Each itinerary includes personalized recommendations for accommodations, dining, activities, and a fully customized day-by-day travel plan tailored to your preferences.
Relocation Scouting Trips:
The Scout (0-3 Day Trip): $350
The Explorer (4-7 Day Trip): $650
The Voyager (8-14 Day Trip): $1,100
15+ day trips start at $1,500 and are customized based on complexity
Includes neighborhood insights, lifestyle matching, cultural context, and strategic guidance tailored to your personal and professional needs to help you confidently evaluate your potential new home.
